Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver infrastructure and road projects in accordance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Supervise project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for project approvals and inspections.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.

Manage project risks and propose corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Specialized experience in Infrastructure (Utilities and Drainage) and Road Projects is a must

Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee full-cycle execution of MEP projects—from design coordination and procurement to testing, commissioning, and final handovers.

Supervise cross-disciplinary site teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and quality-driven project delivery.

Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain technical compliance and align project milestones.

Manage daily site operations with strict adherence to quality standards, HSE protocols, and regulatory requirements (including Civil Defence approvals).

Conduct risk assessments, support contractual negotiations, and track project KPIs to ensure optimal performance.

 Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical).

Minimum of 15 years’ experience in MEP construction management and execution.

Proven track record in high-value MEP works within large-scale developments.

Strong leadership, communication, and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of regional compliance standards and local authority procedures.

الإشراف على مهندسي المشروع ومشرفي الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان التوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والجداول الزمنية.

التنسيق مع العملاء والمستشارين والسلطات للحصول على الموافقات والفحوصات الخاصة بالمشاريع.

ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والبيئة والجودة.

مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتقديم تقارير منتظمة إلى الإدارة العليا.

إدارة مخاطر المشروع واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الحاجة.

بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية

- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة

الخبرة المتخصصة في مشاريع البنية التحتية (المرافق والصرف الصحي) والطرق أمر ضروري

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قيادة والإشراف على تنفيذ الدورة الكاملة لمشاريع الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية - من تنسيق التصميم والشراء إلى الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي.

الإشراف على فرق الموقع متعددة التخصصات لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبتكلفة فعالة وجودة عالية.

التواصل بشكل فعال مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والعملاء للحفاظ على الامتثال الفني ومواءمة معالم المشروع.

إدارة العمليات اليومية للموقع مع الالتزام الصارم بمعايير الجودة وبروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والمتطلبات التنظيمية (بما في ذلك موافقات الدفاع المدني).

إجراء تقييمات المخاطر، ودعم المفاوضات التعاقدية، وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمشروع لضمان الأداء الأمثل.

 المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (BE Mechanical).

- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في إدارة وتنفيذ أعمال البناء الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة.

سجل حافل في أعمال الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية عالية القيمة ضمن التطورات واسعة النطاق.

مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.

معرفة شاملة بمعايير الامتثال الإقليمية وإجراءات السلطات المحلية.
