We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper for a full-time, on-site position in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The role is ideal for professionals who are experienced in warehouse operations, inventory control, and efficient stock handling. 🟨 Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify goods against purchase orders and delivery notes

• Label, organize, and store incoming materials appropriately

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse software

• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders when necessary

• Prepare orders for delivery, pack and load items safely

• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for smooth delivery flow

• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and warehouse policies

🟨 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role

• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems

• Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills

• Ability to operate forklifts (preferred)

• Physically fit to handle warehouse duties

نبحث عن أمين مستودع نشيط وموثوق للانضمام إلى فريقنا في محافظة العاصمة – البحرين بدوام كامل. يجب أن يكون المتقدم متمرسًا في إدارة المستودعات، وضبط المخزون، وتنظيم البضائع بكفاءة، والالتزام بالإجراءات التشغيلية ومعايير السلامة.

🟨 المهام والمسؤوليات

• استلام البضائع والتحقق منها وفقًا لأوامر الشراء والمستندات

• تصنيف وتخزين البضائع في الأماكن المخصصة داخل المستودع

• تسجيل حركات المخزون بدقة باستخدام نظام إدارة المخزون

• إجراء جرد دوري ومطابقة الكميات الفعلية مع النظام

• متابعة مستويات المخزون وطلب المواد عند الحاجة

• تجهيز الطلبيات للشحن أو التسليم للعملاء

• التنسيق مع الموردين وشركات الشحن لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب

• الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والتعليمات الخاصة بالمستودعات

🟨 المؤهلات المطلوبة

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها

• خبرة سابقة كأمين مستودع أو مساعد مستودع أو في وظيفة مشابهة

• الإلمام بأنظمة وبرامج إدارة المخزون

• دقة عالية ومهارة في حفظ السجلات

• القدرة على تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية (ميزة إضافية)

• لياقة بدنية للقيام بالأعمال داخل المستودع
