Senior Product Designer (EdTech)

We're elevating UX to a core focus and looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape both the design of our products and the culture surrounding them.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a long-term impact. You won’t just design interfaces—you’ll influence the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, working on solutions tailored to various age groups and educational goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

User Research & Strategy

• Lead user research efforts alongside UX team members and product managers

• Gather insights that drive strategic and user-centered design decisions

Designing for K–12 Audiences

• Create intuitive, inclusive, and age-appropriate experiences for learners and educators

• Integrate accessibility standards and pedagogical thinking to maximize engagement

Design System & Collaboration

• Contribute to the evolution of our multi-brand design system in Figma

• Work closely with engineers for seamless implementation

Team Alignment & Facilitation

• Lead workshops and design critiques that bring cross-functional teams together

• Align design direction with business and educational goals

Prototyping & Validation

• Build high-fidelity prototypes and detailed user flows

• Validate design decisions through reviews and user testing

Product Ownership

• Take full ownership of major product areas, from discovery to iterative improvement

تصميم تجارب مناسبة للفئة العمرية K–12

• ابتكار تجارب بصرية وبديهية وشاملة تناسب المتعلمين والمعلمين

• تطبيق مبادئ تعليمية ومعايير الوصول لتحسين التفاعل وسهولة الاستخدام

نظام التصميم والتعاون الفني

• المساهمة في تطوير نظام تصميم متعدد العلامات باستخدام Figma

• التعاون الوثيق مع المهندسين لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق

التيسير والتنسيق بين الفرق

• قيادة ورش العمل والمراجعات التصميمية لتوحيد الرؤية بين الفرق

• ضمان توافق التصميم مع الأهداف التعليمية والتجارية

النمذجة واختبار الأفكار

• إنشاء نماذج عالية الدقة وتدفقات مستخدم متكاملة

• اختبار الأفكار داخليًا ومع المستخدمين للتحقق من صحتها

تحمل مسؤولية المنتج

• قيادة تطوير مناطق رئيسية في المنتج من الاكتشاف حتى التطوير المستمر

• A staff/senior engineer with strong people skills ready to move into engineering management

• A current engineering manager with a solid foundation in clean code and scalable architecture
