Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

 Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination KRA: Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods

Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control KRA: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.

Documentation & Compliance KRA: Ensure proper documentation for all shipments, including import/export, customs, and internal logs

Vendor & Transporter Coordination KRA: Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and customs agents for smooth movement of goods

Reporting & Communication KRA: Timely and accurate reporting of logistics performance and daily operational updates.

Cost Efficiency & Optimization KRA: Identify and implement opportunities to reduce logistics and handling costs

Country Manager

Experience

 • +10 years of experience in the water / utilities industry, ideally within a sales context of Ductile Iron Pipes.

• University graduate, preferably Engineering else any other major.

• Knowledge and experience in piping (Ductile Iron or alternatives) is required.

• Experience in B2B Government/Municipality Sales (project Sales) is required.

دقة المخزون ومراقبة المخزون KRA: الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمستويات المخزون والحركات والاختلافات.

التوثيق والامتثال KRA: ضمان التوثيق المناسب لجميع الشحنات، بما في ذلك الاستيراد/التصدير والجمارك والسجلات الداخلية
