The Role

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics Coordination:
  Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.

• Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control:
  Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.

• Documentation & Compliance:
  Ensure proper documentation for all shipments, including import/export, customs, and internal logs.

• Vendor & Transporter Coordination:
  Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and customs agents for smooth movement of goods.

• Reporting & Communication:
  Provide timely and accurate reporting of logistics performance and daily operational updates.

• Cost Efficiency & Optimization:
  Identify and implement opportunities to reduce logistics and handling costs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

• Identify new business opportunities.

• Build relationships with government bodies, municipalities, contractors, and private developers.

Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition

• Expand the sales network by onboarding distributors, dealers, and direct clients.

• Enter new territories and projects to increase market share.

• Negotiate high-value contracts with government agencies, EPC contractors, and industrial buyers.

Key Account & Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and large infrastructure companies.
