 ISP/OSP Specialist

What You'll Get to Do:

The qualified candidate will provide connect/disconnect service to all vessels arriving or departing from their assigned location.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

Operate tools and equipment (including necessary protective equipment) required to repair and maintain UCA fiber optic cables.

Conduct testing of UCA cables at required intervals to ensure the necessary supply of available fully operational UCAs is maintained.

Update UCA status in the UCA tracker for the assigned region.

Track planned arrival and departure of vessels at assigned piers and respond within the required service target to provide connect/disconnect service.

Track daily activities in the approved ticketing system.

Assist in the development and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for connect/disconnect services, fiber optic cable testing, and fiber optic cable repair for the assigned region.

Travel to other locations within the assigned region to conduct maintenance and repair of UCA cables.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

 TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative

Essential Skills:

Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Effective at delivering presentations

Ability to tactfully communicate with others, both in person and on the phone

Self-starter, able to work independently and with minimal supervision

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail

 Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), DOES, and MHS Genesis

Work background in the following areas:

U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care

Medical or clinical environment

MHS Genesis or civilian healthcare systems, medical claims

ما الذي ستحصل عليه للقيام به:

سيقوم المرشح المؤهل بتوفير خدمة الاتصال/الفصل لجميع السفن التي تصل أو تغادر موقعها المخصص.

وتشمل الواجبات والمسؤوليات الأخرى ما يلي:

تشغيل الأدوات والمعدات (بما في ذلك معدات الحماية الضرورية) المطلوبة لإصلاح وصيانة كابلات الألياف الضوئية UCA.

إجراء اختبار كابلات UCA على فترات زمنية مطلوبة لضمان الحفاظ على الإمدادات اللازمة من كابلات UCA العاملة بكامل طاقتها.

تحديث حالة UCA في متعقب UCA للمنطقة المعينة.

تتبع الوصول والمغادرة المخطط لها للسفن في الأرصفة المخصصة والاستجابة ضمن هدف الخدمة المطلوب لتوفير خدمة الاتصال/الفصل.

تتبع الأنشطة اليومية في نظام التذاكر المعتمد.

المساعدة في تطوير وتحديث إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) لخدمات الاتصال/الفصل، واختبار كابلات الألياف الضوئية، وإصلاح كابلات الألياف الضوئية للمنطقة المخصصة.

السفر إلى مواقع أخرى ضمن المنطقة المخصصة لإجراء الصيانة وإصلاح كابلات UCA.

أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة حسب التكليف.

المهارات الأساسية:

إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مع التواصل الشفهي والكتابي القوي

إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، إكسل، باوربوينت، أوت لوك)

فعال في تقديم العروض التقديمية

القدرة على التواصل بلباقة مع الآخرين، سواء شخصيًا أو عبر الهاتف

مبادر، قادر على العمل بشكل مستقل وبإشراف بسيط

قدرات تنظيمية قوية، وإدارة الوقت، وتعدد المهام

اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل

 المؤهلات المفضلة:

المعرفة ببرنامج TRICARE في الخارج، ونظام الإبلاغ عن أهلية التسجيل في الدفاع (DEERS)، ونظام DOES، ونظام MHS Genesis
