NSA BOSS Bahrain: ROWPU Manager

 Roles And Responsibilities

Responsible for the performance of operational duties for Navy Drinking Water Systems. 

Responsible for supervising or directing the operation or maintenance of a particular WTP or water distribution system and making process control and system integrity decisions. 

Implements installation criteria and requirements for the U.S. Navy Overseas Drinking Water (ODW) quality program. 

Manages, collects, and interprets drinking water data within the installation. 

Identifies deficiencies in the drinking water system and works with water plant operators or the requirements branch to implement corrective actions. 

Maintains and tracks drinking water-related reporting requirements including but not limited to Sanitary Survey execution, Fit for Human Consumption determinations, Certificate to Operate submittals, and analytical laboratory quality assurance program. 

Facilitates information sharing, coordination, and distribution of technical data. 

Identifies and develops metrics to measure commodity efficiency. 

Analyzes utility trends and proposes remedial actions. 

Performs commodity management, including budget oversight and development of utility commodity rates. 

Develops and implements an integrated set of processes to minimize the life cycle costs of infrastructure assets, at an acceptable level of risk, while continuously delivering established levels of service for the installation’s utility systems.

Maintains Preventative Maintenance on the installations water distribution system. 

Performs other work-related duties and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives. 

NSA BAHRAIN BOSS: Fuel Distribution Systems Operator

Roles And Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain gasoline and diesel bulk fuel storage systems including tanks, pumps, filters, valves, and pipelines.

Operate retail fuel dispensers and related equipment.

Distribute fuel to Navy boats, equipment, and vehicles.

Receive and offload fuel deliveries via tanker trucks or pipeline connections.

Perform daily inspections of tanks, pumps, and associated equipment to ensure functionality and safety.

Conduct fuel quality control testing (API gravity, water content, etc.) and maintain quality assurance records.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies through metering and documentation.

Implement spill prevention, containment, and response procedures in compliance with environmental regulations.

Coordinate with fuel truck drivers and on-site personnel to support fueling logistics and scheduling.

Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of tanks, sumps, and related systems.

Prepare and submit operational logs, inspection checklists, and incident reports.

Ensure compliance regulations and safety requirements.

المسؤول عن أداء الواجبات التشغيلية لأنظمة مياه الشرب البحرية. 

المسؤول عن الإشراف على أو توجيه تشغيل أو صيانة محطة معالجة المياه أو نظام توزيع المياه واتخاذ قرارات التحكم في العملية وسلامة النظام. 

تنفيذ معايير ومتطلبات التثبيت لبرنامج جودة مياه الشرب الخارجية (ODW) التابع للبحرية الأمريكية. 

إدارة وجمع وتفسير بيانات مياه الشرب داخل المنشأة. 

يقوم بتحديد أوجه القصور في نظام مياه الشرب ويعمل مع مشغلي محطة المياه أو فرع المتطلبات لتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية. 

صيانة وتتبع متطلبات إعداد التقارير المتعلقة بمياه الشرب بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر تنفيذ المسح الصحي، وتحديد مدى صلاحيتها للاستهلاك البشري، وتقديم شهادات التشغيل، وبرنامج ضمان جودة المختبر التحليلي. 

تسهيل تبادل المعلومات والتنسيق وتوزيع البيانات الفنية.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات

تشغيل ومراقبة وصيانة أنظمة تخزين الوقود السائب للبنزين والديزل بما في ذلك الخزانات والمضخات والمرشحات والصمامات وخطوط الأنابيب.

تشغيل موزعات الوقود بالتجزئة والمعدات ذات الصلة.

توزيع الوقود على قوارب البحرية ومعداتها ومركباتها.

استلام وتفريغ شحنات الوقود عبر شاحنات الصهاريج أو وصلات الأنابيب.

إجراء عمليات تفتيش يومية للخزانات والمضخات والمعدات المرتبطة بها لضمان الأداء والسلامة.

إجراء اختبارات مراقبة جودة الوقود (جاذبية API، ومحتوى الماء، وما إلى ذلك) والحفاظ على سجلات ضمان الجودة.
