The Role

As an International Engineering Manager, you will oversee our segment tunnelling and SCL (Sprayed Concrete Lining) works and lead on engineering aspects. You will play a crucial role in potentially integrating Drill and Blast techniques, enhancing our project capabilities. You will also assist with proposal development and submission. This role is pivotal in managing project delivery, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Projects include desalination, hydro-electricity, rail and road transport, utilities, and some bespoke and iconic projects in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior P6 Planner to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project in Bahrain, focusing on tunnelling and microtunnelling works. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated planning professional with deep expertise in Primavera P6, including resource and cost loading, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain fully integrated construction programmes using Primavera P6 covering all project lifecycle phases.

• Accurately resource-load and cost-load programmes reflecting labour, plant, equipment, and material needs aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

• Ensure cost-loaded programmes align with project budgets, estimates, and cash flow forecasts.

• Monitor project performance using earned value management (EVM) techniques, highlight deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to support progress valuations, forecasts, and cost reporting.

• Conduct critical path analysis, develop mitigation plans, and support claims preparation for delays.
