About the Role

Join our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound! We are currently looking for an Application Engineer (Arabic) to support our operations across Arabic-speaking countries.

Team Overview

You’ll be part of the Application Project team, responsible for supporting clients and end-users at every stage of their sound-related projects. This includes system design, software use, training, live event support, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand in fixed installation and touring projects across Arabic-speaking countries

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, integrators, venue owners, and engineers

• Provide sound system design, specification, documentation, and commissioning

• Conduct on-site system verification and measurement

• Deliver training and product demonstrations

• Offer technical support for safe operation, software, and product application

• Write and deliver technical mission reports

• Develop market awareness through technical presentations and expertise

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the professional audio industry

• Deep knowledge of the Arabic country Pro Audio market

• Degree in Engineering, Sound, or equivalent preferred

• Proficiency in modeling tools (EASE) and measurement tools (SMAART, Systune, or P1/M1)

• Practical knowledge in PA system design and corporate installations

• AUTOCAD experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• A portfolio of previous projects is required with your application

عن الفريق
ستكون جزءًا من فريق المشاريع التطبيقية المسؤول عن دعم العملاء والمستخدمين النهائيين في جميع مراحل مشاريعهم المتعلقة بالصوت. يشمل ذلك تصميم الأنظمة، استخدام البرامج، التدريب، دعم الفعاليات الحية، وضمان نجاح العملاء.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تمثيل العلامة التجارية في مشاريع التوريد والتركيب الثابت في الدول العربية

• بناء علاقات مهنية قوية مع الاستشاريين والمصممين وأصحاب المشاريع والمستخدمين النهائيين

• تقديم تصاميم صوتية وتوثيق تقني شامل للأنظمة الصوتية

• إجراء قياسات وتحقق ميداني للنظام الصوتي والمكاني

• تقديم تدريبات وورش عمل وعروض توضيحية للمنتجات

• تقديم الدعم الفني فيما يخص الاستخدام الآمن، والبرمجيات، وتطبيقات المنتجات

• إعداد تقارير فنية للمهمات الميدانية

• تطوير السوق من خلال العروض التقنية والاحترافية العالية

المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صناعة الصوت الاحترافية

• معرفة عميقة بسوق الصوت في الدول العربية

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة أو مجال ذو صلة

• إتقان أدوات النمذجة (EASE) وأدوات القياس (SMAART أو Systune أو P1/M1)

• خبرة عملية في تصميم وتشغيل أنظمة الصوت للمشاريع التجارية والتركيبات الثابتة

• يفضل وجود خبرة في برنامج AUTOCAD

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغة الإنجليزية

• يجب إرفاق ملف أعمال سابق (Portfolio) مع الطلب
