Store Coordinator Opportunity in Bahrain – Keep Inventory Flowing with Precision 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and GRNs accurately

• Coordinate with the stores team to move stock from storage to display areas

• Assist with merchandise handling, packing, and dispatch

• Prepare transfers, MOS (Movement of Stock), RTV (Return to Vendor), and customer sends

• Monitor and communicate relevant messages to the appropriate divisions

• Provide administrative support for local store manager meetings

• Ensure all stock movement and documentation processes follow company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or store coordination roles

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Familiarity with inventory systems and store operation processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and support multiple stakeholders
