Experience Required: Minimum 6 years (in MEP & supervision)
Responsibilities
• Design Electrical Systems: Create electrical system designs for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects
• Direct Electrical Technicians: Lead and manage teams of electrical technicians and subcontractors on site
• Resolve Electrical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the construction process to ensure seamless progress
• Oversee Electrical Site Testing: Supervise testing of electrical systems throughout the construction phase to ensure compliance with standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent [Required]
• Minimum 6 years of experience in design and supervision of electrical and MEP projects [Required]
• At least 3 years of experience in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office [Required]
• Professional engineering license (CRPEP) [Preferred]
• Strong project management, presentation, and English communication skills [Preferred]

المهام الوظيفية
• تصميم الأنظمة الكهربائية: تصميم الأنظمة الكهربائية لمشاريع البناء السكنية والتجارية والصناعية
• قيادة الفنيين الكهربائيين: الإشراف المباشر على فرق الفنيين الكهربائيين والمقاولين من الباطن في الموقع
• حل المشكلات الكهربائية: معالجة المشكلات الفنية التي تظهر أثناء مراحل البناء لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة
• الإشراف على اختبارات الموقع: متابعة اختبار الأنظمة الكهربائية خلال مراحل البناء لضمان مطابقتها للمعايير
المؤهلات المطلوبة
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها [مطلوبة]
• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تصميم والإشراف على مشاريع الكهرباء وMEP [مطلوبة]
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في استخدام AutoCAD 2D وتطبيقات Microsoft Office [مطلوبة]
• رخصة مهنية هندسية (CRPEP) [مفضلة]
• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع، والعروض التقديمية، والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية [مفضلة]
