Demand & Supply Planner | Drive Accurate Forecasts & Optimize Inventory

Shape the Future of Supply Chain Excellence — Join Our Dynamic Team!
We are seeking a proactive Demand & Supply Planner to lead forecasting, inventory quality, and demand planning to ensure seamless supply chain operations and minimize stock issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish and review demand plans and baseline rolling forecasts across multiple time horizons based on trend analysis, historical data, and sales targets.

• Prepare collaborative demand plans aligned with growth rates and market activities.

• Maintain inventory quality by continuously assessing aging, non-moving stock, and shelf life; provide timely feedback to sales teams.

• Minimize opportunity loss and out-of-stock situations by bridging supply and demand gaps through improved forecasting and planning.

• Implement proactive planning considering supply constraints.

• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports; lead Monthly Forecast Review meetings.

• Maintain strong communication and information flow with internal teams and external contacts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree preferred, with experience in Demand/Supply Planning and Inventory Management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills; able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in MS Excel.

نبحث عن مخطط طلب وعرض استباقي لقيادة التوقعات وجودة المخزون والتخطيط لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وتقليل مشاكل المخزون.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات

• وضع ومراجعة خطط الطلب والتوقعات الأساسية المتجددة لأكثر من فترة زمنية بناءً على تحليل الاتجاهات والبيانات التاريخية وأهداف المبيعات.

• إعداد خطط طلب تعاونية متوافقة مع معدلات النمو والأنشطة السوقية.

• الحفاظ على جودة المخزون من خلال تقييم مستمر للعناصر القديمة، غير المتحركة، وفترة صلاحية المنتجات؛ وتقديم تغذية راجعة لفِرَق المبيعات.

• تقليل خسائر الفرص ونقص المخزون من خلال سد فجوة العرض والطلب وتحسين التوقعات والتخطيط.

• تنفيذ تخطيط استباقي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار قيود العرض.

• إعداد وصيانة تقارير المخزون الدقيقة وقيادة اجتماعات مراجعة التوقعات الشهرية.

• الحفاظ على قنوات اتصال قوية وتدفق معلومات فعال مع الفرق الداخلية والجهات الخارجية.

ملف المرشح المرغوب

• يُفضل حاصل على درجة الماجستير مع خبرة في تخطيط الطلب/العرض وإدارة المخزون.

• مهارات تواصل شفوية وكتابية قوية مع القدرة على بناء علاقات عمل فعالة.

• تفكير نقدي ومهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سريعة في بيئة عمل سريعة.

• إجادة استخدام برنامج MS Excel.
