Inventory Accuracy & Stock Control

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and adjustments.

Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical inventory processes.

Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure monthly inventory reconciliations are completed efficiently.

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all logistics documentation is properly prepared and maintained, including goods received notes, proof of delivery, customs forms, and invoices.

Adhere to local and international trade regulations and ensure all import/export activities are fully compliant.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and records.

Country Manager, Ductile Iron Pipes and Fittings – Bahrain

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience (8-10 years) in a senior management role, preferably in the ductile iron pipes and fittings industry or a related field.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
