 Full-Time Outdoor Sales Role – FMCG Industrial Packing, Manama

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive specialized in industrial packing, to handle key accounts including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and others in Bahrain. Candidates must have strong relationships with purchasing teams or owners and proven sales experience in FMCG.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience

• Experience in industrial packing sales is a must

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

• Arabic is an advantage

• Able to work independently and as a team player

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good computer skills

• Self-motivated with a strong sales drive

• Valid Bahrain driving license

• For non-Bahraini candidates: Must be currently working in Bahrain with a valid visa (no external recruitment)

• Age below 35 years

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD 450 – BD 600 per month
Location: Manama (preferred)

وصف الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات خارجي ذو خبرة في مجال التعبئة الصناعية، للتعامل مع عملاء رئيسيين مثل الفنادق والمطاعم والمقاهي وغيرها في البحرين. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح علاقات جيدة مع فرق المشتريات أو الملاك وخبرة مثبتة في مبيعات السلع الاستهلاكية.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مبيعات السلع الاستهلاكية

• خبرة في مبيعات التعبئة الصناعية ضرورية

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، وتحدث)

• إتقان اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق

• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة

• مهارات جيدة في استخدام الحاسوب

• دافع ذاتي وقوة في المبيعات

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية

• للمرشحين غير البحرينيين: يجب أن يكونوا يعملون حاليًا في البحرين بتأشيرة سارية (لا توظيف خارجي)

• العمر أقل من 35 سنة
