 Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of baking experience in a professional kitchen or bakery.

Sales - Coffee - B2B

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses to sell coffee products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.

Present and demonstrate coffee products, including beans, brewing equipment, and accessories, to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with business clients.

Work closely with the Coffee Shop Manager to align sales efforts with business goals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

FOH

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in hospitality or customer service

Strong communication and multitasking skills

A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude

The ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods

Availability to work fixed shifts including weekends and holidays

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth
