Solar Trainer

 ✅ Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs on solar PV system design, installation, operation, and maintenance.

Conduct hands-on training sessions using industry-standard tools and simulation software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, SolarEdge, etc.).

Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback and assessments.

Maintain up-to-date training materials based on current industry trends and technologies.

Ensure training complies with national regulations and safety standards.

Assist in curriculum development for accredited solar certification programs.

Coordinate with technical teams for site visits and practical demonstrations.

Support community outreach and awareness workshops where required.

📚 Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in solar PV system design, installation, or O&M.

Previous experience in teaching, training, or capacity-building roles.

Certification in solar PV (e.g., NABCEP, TVET, or equivalent) is preferred.

Proficient in solar design software (PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, etc.).

Strong understanding of Bahrain’s renewable energy regulations and standards.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

الوظائف الشاغرة المتاحة

مدرب الطاقة الشمسية

 ✅ المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تصميم وتطوير وتقديم برامج تدريبية حول تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل وصيانة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية.

إجراء جلسات تدريبية عملية باستخدام أدوات وبرامج المحاكاة القياسية في الصناعة (على سبيل المثال، PVsyst، AutoCAD، SolarEdge، وما إلى ذلك).

تقييم أداء المتدربين وتقديم الملاحظات والتقييمات.

الحفاظ على مواد التدريب المحدثة استنادًا إلى اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات الحالية.

التأكد من أن التدريب يتوافق مع اللوائح الوطنية ومعايير السلامة.

📚 المؤهلات والخبرة

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، أو الطاقة المتجددة، أو مجال ذي صلة (درجة الماجستير هي ميزة إضافية).

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تصميم أو تركيب أو تشغيل أو صيانة أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية.

خبرة سابقة في التدريس أو التدريب أو أدوار بناء القدرات.

يفضل الحصول على شهادة في مجال الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (على سبيل المثال، NABCEP، أو TVET، أو ما يعادلها).

إجادة برامج تصميم الطاقة الشمسية (PVsyst، Helioscope، AutoCAD، إلخ).

فهم قوي للوائح والمعايير الخاصة بالطاقة المتجددة في البحرين.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض باللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
