 Senior SAP Consultant 

Key Accountability

The consultant should have minimum of 7 years of Implementation and configuration experience in SuccessFactors modules.

The consultant should be a multi-module expert with strong work experience in Employee central, EC Payroll, Recruitment and Succession modules. Knowledge of PMGM and compensation is an added advantage.

Should have experience on EC Time off, Global Benefits, RBP, MDF, Foundational objects, alerts, rules, workflows, Position Management, and other Employee central areas.

The consultant should have in depth understanding of EC Payroll processing, Schemas, Payroll Control center, HR forms, International Payroll run, Alerts, Off Cycle processing, Wage Types, Point to Point mapping Integration model and other relevant areas that are required for successful Payroll processing. 

Expertise in RCM Job requisitions, route maps, XML templates, Job Profile Builder, Integration with Positions, and others.

The consultant should ensure that all support and configuration changes go through appropriate approval, testing and deployment process and are well documented for future references.

Responsible in taking regular data backups and providing reports as per the client’s requirements.

The consultant should have worked on at least two end-to-end implementation projects involving Employee central, EC Payroll and RCM modules.

Should have experience in preparing high quality User manuals and documentations for any new developments in the system and share it across with different levels in the organization.

Stay updated with the latest releases in SuccessFactors modules, conduct workshops to present the new features to clients and configure them as per the requirement.

يجب أن يكون لدى المستشار ما لا يقل عن 7 سنوات من الخبرة في التنفيذ والتكوين في وحدات SuccessFactors.

يجب أن يكون المستشار خبيرًا متعدد الوحدات، ويتمتع بخبرة عملية واسعة في وحدات نظام إدارة شؤون الموظفين، ورواتب EC، والتوظيف، والخلافة. تُعدّ معرفة إدارة الموارد البشرية والإدارة العامة (PMGM) والتعويضات ميزة إضافية.

يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة في إجازة EC، والمزايا العالمية، وRBP، وMDF، والأشياء الأساسية، والتنبيهات، والقواعد، وسير العمل، وإدارة الوظائف، وغيرها من المجالات المركزية للموظفين.

يجب على المستشار التأكد من أن جميع تغييرات الدعم والتكوين تمر عبر عملية الموافقة والاختبار والنشر المناسبة ويتم توثيقها جيدًا للرجوع إليها في المستقبل.

المسؤول عن أخذ نسخ احتياطية منتظمة للبيانات وتقديم التقارير وفقًا لمتطلبات العميل.

يجب أن يكون المستشار قد عمل على الأقل على مشروعين تنفيذيين متكاملين يتضمنان وحدات مركز الموظفين، وكشوف رواتب EC، وRCM.

يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في إعداد أدلة المستخدم والوثائق عالية الجودة لأي تطورات جديدة في النظام ومشاركتها مع مستويات مختلفة في المنظمة.
