🧾 المهام والمسؤوليات

• إعداد خطة العمل اليومية لفرق المستودعات

• توزيع القوى العاملة حسب متطلبات عمليات المستودع

• تتبع واستلام وتخزين وتسليم البضائع والمواد في الوقت المحدد

• التوقيع على الشحنات عند الاستلام والتحقق من صحة المواد المستلمة

• إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة ورفع التقارير للمشرف لتفادي المشاكل غير المتوقعة

• التأكيد على الالتزام بالمعايير والإجراءات الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ومعايير ISO

• المساعدة في حل أي مشكلات تتعلق بالتأخير أو الأضرار أو التفاوت في المخزون

• إعداد وحفظ الوثائق الخاصة بالشحنات والتسليمات والمخزون

💼 Job Overview

GAC Bahrain is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator who is detail-oriented and highly organized to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining an efficient warehouse environment, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Develop a daily work plan for warehouse teams

• Allocate manpower according to operational needs

• Track, receive, store, and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials

• Sign for shipments and verify the accuracy of received items

• Conduct routine inspections and report issues to supervisors to mitigate risks

• Promote adherence to HSE and ISO standards

• Assist in resolving shipment delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies

• Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, deliveries, and inventory records

✅ Job Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to manage workforce distribution

• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred
