Business Development Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and develop new and existing business opportunities (including partnerships), manage major accounts and conduct negotiations as required with clients to meet growth/sales objectives, and enhance revenue and market share

Contribute to the development of local/regional marketing and business development strategies and budgeted sales plans, with the aim of growing business for assigned products and services across the region

Collate market intelligence by conducting customer research, analyzing market conditions, analyzing competitor data and recommend/implement changes to the sales approach as needed to achieve operational and business objectives

Responsible for building and maintaining good working relationships with clients/customers in the region to strengthen Fives’ sales base, including scheduling and attending regular client meetings to ensure customer requirements are identified and successfully delivered

Lead sales and business development activities through the identification of customer requirements and provide product/services specific information regarding the availability of Fives products and services

Act as the main focal point of contact for assigned customers for all sales/after sales related matters including but not limited to responding to customer enquiries, addressing and processing customer requests, responding to quotations, responding to RFQ/RFP’s etc

Advise on pricing strategies across the region to secure new business opportunities (products and services) and generate revenue

Responsible for managing and coordinating bidding requirements in response to issued RFP’s/RFQ’s, completing pre-qualification requests, including the preparation of technical requirements and commercial submissions in line with Company policies and procedures

Identify opportunities to continuously upsell and cross-sell projects, products and services to gain a competitive edge in the market and support achievement of Fives Services Gulf sales strategy within the region

Lead contract negotiations for customers including but not limited to conducting negotiations on commercial and technical related matters within area of responsibility

Technical Coordinator

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for coordinating the planning, scheduling and execution of preventative and scheduled maintenance of all equipment to ensure maintenance activities are delivered to meet operational and customer requirements, whilst ensuring alignment with industry standards 

Lead the planning, scheduling and execution of daily maintenance operations for assigned projects/customers to ensure that work/tasks are performed accurately and efficiently in conformance with established methods, instructions and quality standards, and results are reported in a timely manner as per Company policies and procedures and/or customer reporting requirements 

Review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current maintenance operational processes and procedures and recommend enhancements where necessary to ensure efficiency is embedded within operations to support achievement of operational objectives

Manage spare parts stock inventory ensuring the suitability and availability of equipment, consumables, stock levels, raw materials, resources, change of suppliers etc and ensure stock replenishment is coordinated and delivered in a timely manner to support delivery of maintenance operations 

Responsible for developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers and acting as a focal point of contact for all maintenance and planning related matters including but not limited to responding to customer/technical enquiries, addressing and processing customer requests, responding to information requests, coordinating delivery of reporting requirements 

Lead the preparation and delivery of day-to-day customer reporting requirements as per contractual terms and conditions 

Responsible for maintaining all equipment records, licenses, and certifications and ensuring all equipment related documentation is up to date, and coordinate the issuance/renewal of equipment records/licenses/certifications as per Company policies and procedures and industry requirements

CNC Milling / Lathe Operator & Programmer

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate & program (manually and by software) CNC milling machines and equipment to cut and shape metal as per design and technical specifications in accordance with Company policies & procedures, and industry standards

Review designs, blueprints, specifications, work orders, drawings etc to plan daily machine operational requirements and program the machine(s) in accordance with design specification to execute metal cutting requirements

Load and unload raw materials / shafts using an overhead crane or JIB crane as per machine operating procedures whilst ensuring compliance with industry standards

Construct jigs, fixtures to meet production/operational requirements and ensure all fixtures are compliant with industry standards and specifications

Detect and troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions by adjusting controls, reprogramming machines and closely monitoring work processes to ensure machines/equipment operate as per operational standards

Monitor inventory ensuring the suitability and availability of equipment, consumables, stock levels, raw materials etc and ensure stock replenishment is coordinated and delivered in a timely manner to support delivery of production operations

Prepare and submit material requirements to Workshop Planner/Production Engineer, and schedule cutting works based on delivery estimates / timelines

Ensure machine/equipment operating records are maintained and kept fully up to date as per Company policies and procedures and industry standards

Automation Technician

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely manner in compliance with Company policies and procedures and industry best practices 

Perform the administration, configuration, maintenance, programming, and qualification of assigned equipment / machinery, equipment control systems, process control systems, and historical data systems as per established SOP’s

Conduct repairs and maintenance on PTMs and any related equipment as per contractual/customer requirements and specifications 

Carry out corrective maintenance, assist peers in fault diagnoses and repair equipment in a break down situation to ensure machines/ equipment are in good working condition

To provide on-site support to customers as and when required to ensure all equipment and tooling conform to the relevant standards and regulatory requirements

Ensure the technical integrity and performance of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems at all times

Understand automation safety requirements and ensure all maintenance works and systems are operating in line with Company and customer safety standards 

Use knowledge of automation processes to troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and process errors and recommend solutions by applying a wide variety of existing techniques, processes, and procedures
