We are seeking an Accounting Technician to provide outsourced Administration and Finance services, with knowledge in accounting, invoicing, customer and supplier management, treasury, and tax preparation and filing.

As a member of our team at the GDS office in Málaga, Spain, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience working on exciting projects using the latest technologies and approaches. You will support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and participate in digital transformation.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Manage and verify received invoices, resolve discrepancies related to invoice processing, and handle payments.

Prepare adhesion contracts, manage invoicing, and register information in the accounting system.

Record issued and received invoices and reconcile accounting accounts.

Manage purchase orders: create orders, register requests in the accounting system, follow up on orders, and handle supplier issues.
-
Perform bank reconciliations and bank position analysis.
-
Provide back-office services in treasury (guarantee management, cash management, and reporting).
-
Execute and review accounting closings under the Spanish General Accounting Plan (PGC).
-
Prepare and file taxes (VAT, corporate tax, withholding, Intrastat, etc.).
-
Update master data in different systems (BC, SAP, invoicing programs, etc.).

إدارة والتحقق من الفواتير المستلمة، حل المشكلات المتعلقة بمعالجة الفواتير وإدارة المدفوعات.

إعداد عقود الانضمام، إدارة الفوترة، وتسجيل المعلومات في النظام المحاسبي.

تسجيل الفواتير الصادرة والواردة وتسوية الحسابات المحاسبية.
-
إدارة أوامر الشراء: إنشاء الطلب، تسجيله في النظام المحاسبي، متابعة الطلب وحل المشاكل مع الموردين.

إجراء التسويات والمراكز البنكية.
-
تقديم خدمات الدعم الخلفي في مجال الخزانة (إدارة الضمانات، إدارة النقد والتقارير).
-
تنفيذ ومراجعة إغلاق الحسابات وفقًا للمخطط المحاسبي الإسباني (PGC).
-
إعداد وتقديم الضرائب (ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ضريبة الشركات، الاستقطاعات، الإنترستات، إلخ).

تحديث البيانات الرئيسية في الأنظمة المختلفة (BC، SAP، برامج الفوترة، إلخ).
