Join Everstream Analytics as a Principal Data Engineer and become a key player in designing and developing cutting-edge data infrastructure. This is a fully remote position based in Europe (UK/Germany preferred), where you will architect and own data pipelines, apply distributed systems design, and lead the adoption of next-gen tools and technologies across our platform.
🔹 Responsibilities
Architect and Own Pipelines
Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines to handle high-volume, multi-source datasets while ensuring quality, availability, and integrity.
Team Leadership
Drive planning and Agile-based execution within the team, acting as a technical lead on complex projects.
AWS Mastery
Leverage AWS tools like Lambda, EMR, S3, Glue, and Redshift to develop cost-efficient cloud-native solutions.
Relational & Graph Databases
Deploy and optimize PostgreSQL (RDS) and Neo4j databases to suit varied analytical needs.
Real-Time Processing
Utilize Apache Kafka, Spark, or similar technologies to enable real-time stream analytics.
Python Engineering
Use Python extensively for ETL, data transformation, and backend engineering tasks.
Data Warehousing & Collaboration
Implement robust data lakes and warehousing solutions. Work with Product and Data Science teams to align tech with business goals.
Monitoring, Documentation, and Optimization
Ensure performance through constant monitoring and maintain clear documentation for all data workflows.
