Data Analyst, payments  

Responsibilities

Lead the data collection and integration projects within the payments domain.

Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide insights into payment performance, transaction volumes, and other indicators.

Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes and reduce operational costs, work with payment ops and product teams to optimize payment routing and reduce payment failures.

Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Collaborate with other teams such as finance, customer support, and product development to address payment-related challenges and opportunities.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.

Base knowledge of AWS, Terraform, Docker.
