About the Opportunity
Edoxi is seeking an experienced and passionate freelance trainer for an onsite corporate training program in Bahrain.

Timing: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Duration: 10 Days (Weekdays Only – Full Day Sessions)

Mode: In-Person Classroom Training
Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver in-depth training on SAP HCM modules based on a predefined syllabus.

Use hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and examples to enhance understanding.

Customize the training approach to fit the client's industry and participants' job functions.

Monitor participant progress and offer additional support as needed.
-
Ensure learning objectives are fully achieved within the scheduled timeframe.
Trainer Requirements
-
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation or training.

Previous experience in corporate or classroom-based training.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Willingness and availability to travel to Bahrain for in-person delivery.

Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to professionals from diverse business areas.

متطلبات المدرب

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تنفيذ أو تدريب SAP HCM.

خبرة سابقة في تقديم تدريب للشركات أو التدريب الصفي المباشر.

مهارات تواصل وعرض قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.

التوفر للسفر إلى البحرين وتقديم التدريب الحضوري.
-
القدرة على شرح المفاهيم التقنية لمهنيين من تخصصات مختلفة.
