Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple branches (cloud kitchens & storefronts)

Manage shift schedules, staff attendance, and basic HR issues

Track and report prep times, order delays, aggregator performance, and customer reviews

Handle kitchen and FOH issues, inventory checks, and team coordination

Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and aggregator platforms

Maintain quality control and SOP adherence across all branches

Submit weekly reports and flag any operational or staff issues in real time

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in F&B operations (restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen)

Strong understanding of kitchen flow, staff management, and customer service

Organized, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative

Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, aggregator dashboards, and admin tools

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple locations or shifts

Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and shoot photo/video content (primarily for food, lifestyle, and restaurant environments)

Edit and publish reels, stories, and static posts for social platforms

Support our marketing calendar with fresh, engaging content weekly

Coordinate with kitchen/branch teams for shoot logistics and product setup

Help with UGC-style, influencer-style, and storytelling edits

Follow brand guidelines and keep content high-quality, fast-paced, and trending

You Should Have:

Strong experience shooting food, product, or lifestyle content

Confidence with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and iPhone footage (as needed)

Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or any solid mobile/video editing tools

Portfolio of past reels and photo shoots (Instagram links or Google Drive accepted)

Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and create without needing micromanagement

Bonus if you’ve worked in restaurants, cafes, or food brands

تتبع أوقات التحضير، وتأخيرات الطلب، وأداء المجمع، ومراجعات العملاء، والإبلاغ عنها

التعامل مع مشكلات المطبخ والمكتب الأمامي، والتحقق من المخزون، وتنسيق الفريق

العمل بشكل وثيق مع الموردين والبائعين ومنصات التجميع

الحفاظ على مراقبة الجودة والالتزام بالإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية في جميع الفروع
