Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager in Bahrain, you will:

Develop business strategies aligned with financial goals and group policies.

Prepare business development plans, budgets, and account management approaches for the assigned region.

Monitor revenue, profits, expenses, and customer growth/retention.

Plan and lead new business development initiatives to maximize DHL exposure.
-
Lead sales teams to establish relationships with prospects.
-
Conduct market and feasibility studies.
-
Research new business opportunities and marketing initiatives.
-
Explore partnerships with government authorities and relevant parties.
-
Identify and acquire profitable key customer relationships.
-
Lead negotiation and support the team in complex sales situations.
-
Collaborate and communicate sales insights with peers.
-
Adapt development plans based on market trends.
-
Improve business development methods and resolve ambiguous issues.
-
Convince skeptical external parties and manage decision-making standards.
-
Supervise and motivate the team to achieve goals.
-
Support recruitment, development, and coaching of team members.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required.

More than 6 years of relevant experience.
