About the Role
We are excited to welcome a skilled Ground Operations Coordinator to our Food Transportation team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth logistics operations, maintaining driver compliance, and optimizing fleet performance to deliver excellent service.Key Responsibilities

Ensure drivers comply with all regulations and maintain operational standards.

Monitor financial indicators related to rider payments and outstanding dues.

Manage and assist with rider vacation schedules.

Collaborate with Fleet Performance Coordinator to improve fill rates and fleet efficiency.

Track daily performance metrics such as SLAs, Revenue per Delivery Unit (RDU), churn rate, and fill rate.

Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams.

Conduct root cause analysis of operational challenges and propose solutions.

Implement and document training programs for drivers.

Manage cash on delivery (COD) reports to minimize outstanding dues.

Prepare performance reports and operational materials to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with client updates and instructions.

Validate team performance accuracy and service quality.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English, Bangla, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic is essential.
Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of fleet supervision experience preferred.

عن الوظيفة
نحن متحمسون لاستقبال منسق عمليات ميدانية محترف للانضمام إلى فريق نقل الأغذية لدينا. تتمحور هذه الوظيفة حول ضمان سير العمليات اللوجستية بسلاسة، ومراقبة التزام السائقين باللوائح، وتحسين أداء الأسطول لتقديم خدمة متميزة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

التأكد من التزام السائقين باللوائح والمعايير التشغيلية.

مراقبة المؤشرات المالية المتعلقة بدفع الركاب والمستحقات المعلقة.

إدارة ومساعدة في تنظيم إجازات الركاب.

التعاون مع منسق أداء الأسطول لتحسين معدل التعبئة وكفاءة الأسطول.

متابعة مؤشرات الأداء اليومية مثل اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLA)، والإيرادات لكل وحدة توصيل، ومعدل التسرب، ومعدل التعبئة.

تعزيز التواصل الفعّال والتعاون بين الأقسام المختلفة.

إجراء تحليلات للأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات التشغيلية واقتراح الحلول.

تنفيذ برامج تدريبية للسائقين وتوثيقها.

إدارة تقارير الدفع عند الاستلام (COD) للحد من المستحقات المالية المتأخرة.
-
إعداد تقارير الأداء والمواد التشغيلية لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
-
ضمان الالتزام بالتحديثات والتعليمات المقدمة من العملاء.

متابعة دقة أداء الفريق وجودة الخدمة.
المتطلبات اللغوية
إجادة اللغات: الإنجليزية، البنغالية، الهندية/الأردية، والعربية.
الخبرة المطلوبة

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإشراف على الأسطول (يفضل).
