A leading private aesthetic and cosmetic medical institution in Bahrain is seeking a highly organized and articulate Front Desk & Patient Communication Coordinator to join the reception and administrative team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth patient communication and scheduling, while delivering a warm, luxury-level client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally manage incoming patient calls and inquiries

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-ups across multiple departments

• Greet patients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional front-desk atmosphere

• Accurately log patient details and maintain appointment records in the clinic’s management system

• Support clinical and administrative teams with daily front office operations

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area consistent with clinic standards

• Handle confidential patient information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
