· Register and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and approvals using document control software or manual logs.

· Coordinate with engineers and project staff to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· إدارة وصيانة وثائق المشروع الواردة والصادرة (التقديمات والرسومات والمراسلات وما إلى ذلك).

· التأكد من حفظ جميع المستندات ووضع العلامات عليها وأرشفتها بشكل صحيح باستخدام بروتوكولات التحكم في المستندات المناسبة.

· تسجيل وتتبع الإرساليات والرسومات التنفيذية وطلبات المعلومات والموافقات باستخدام برنامج التحكم في المستندات أو السجلات اليدوية.

· التنسيق مع المهندسين وموظفي المشروع لضمان تقديم واسترجاع المستندات في الوقت المناسب.
