Senior Manager - Projects & Facility Management

Main Objectives

To oversee departmental duties to ensure operational efficiency by supervising end-to-end project activities, including reviewing specifications, managing work schedules, and conducting cost appraisals per tender documents. The role also involves supervising contractors' work to meet organizational standards and enhancing internal processes through adherence to a preventive maintenance schedule.

 

Main Duties

 Act as key point of contact for various entities within the company to provide regular updates and reports on project status (Status report meetings) to ensure the efficiency of operations.

Plan Project Resources and overall planning of the department’s operational requirements and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with the company standards.

Initiate project process post requirement receipt to ensure proper budget allocation and utilization.

Prepare project tender documents and evaluate submissions to provide recommendations and ensure efficient budget utilization. 

Regular contact with the concerned authorities to obtain required approvals, provide clarifications, and resolve queries of authorities if required to avoid non-compliance.

Ensure safety and security standards are met, including regular monitoring and site visits to maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed and risks are minimized, contributing to the overall success of the project and the well-being of personnel.

Coordinate the timely execution of projects by ensuring all tasks are scheduled, resources are allocated, and milestones are met according to the project plan to ensure deadlines are met and the project is completed on time and within scope.

Oversee the maintenance and optimization of company facilities to ensure infrastructure supports business operations effectively, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades or repairs.

Comply with the Company's and airport authorities’ health, safety & security requirements.

Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.

الأهداف الرئيسية

الإشراف على مهام الإدارات لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية من خلال الإشراف على أنشطة المشروع الشاملة، بما في ذلك مراجعة المواصفات، وإدارة جداول العمل، وتقييم التكاليف وفقًا لوثائق العطاءات. كما يشمل الدور الإشراف على عمل المقاولين لضمان استيفاء المعايير التنظيمية، وتحسين العمليات الداخلية من خلال الالتزام بجدول الصيانة الوقائية.

 

المهام الرئيسية

 العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لمختلف الكيانات داخل الشركة لتقديم تحديثات وتقارير منتظمة حول حالة المشروع (اجتماعات تقرير الحالة) لضمان كفاءة العمليات.

تخطيط موارد المشروع والتخطيط الشامل لمتطلبات التشغيل الخاصة بالقسم والتنسيق مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة.

بدء عملية المشروع بعد استلام المتطلبات لضمان تخصيص الميزانية والاستخدام المناسبين.

إعداد وثائق العطاءات للمشروع وتقييم العروض المقدمة لتقديم التوصيات وضمان استخدام الميزانية بكفاءة. 

التواصل المنتظم مع الجهات المعنية للحصول على الموافقات المطلوبة، وتقديم التوضيحات، وحل استفسارات الجهات إذا لزم الأمر لتجنب عدم الامتثال.

ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والأمن، بما في ذلك المراقبة المنتظمة والزيارات الميدانية للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة، وضمان اتباع جميع لوائح السلامة وتقليل المخاطر، مما يساهم في نجاح المشروع بشكل عام ورفاهية الموظفين.

تنسيق التنفيذ في الوقت المناسب للمشاريع من خلال التأكد من جدولة جميع المهام، وتخصيص الموارد، وتحقيق المعالم وفقًا لخطة المشروع لضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية وإكمال المشروع في الوقت المحدد وضمن النطاق.

الإشراف على صيانة وتحسين مرافق الشركة لضمان دعم البنية التحتية للعمليات التجارية بشكل فعال، وتحديد مجالات التحسين وتنفيذ الترقيات أو الإصلاحات اللازمة.

الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة وسلطات المطار.
