Your Mission
As a key member of our Dehydration & Purification team based in Bahrain, you will:

Prepare technical proposals and guarantees for bids, defining performance and operating conditions.

Support sales with technical expertise, marketing initiatives, and client presentations.

Maintain close technical relationships with clients via performance reviews, visits, and troubleshooting.
-
Contribute to business line development by analyzing product data and client feedback.
-
Travel internationally for short-term assignments when required.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Advanced degree in Chemical or General Engineering, with expertise in catalysis and/or adsorption.
-
Experience preferred in basic engineering design, industrial operations, or gas/refining/petrochemical processing.
-
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a confident and pragmatic approach.

Self-disciplined, analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously.

Team player with strong listening and collaboration skills.
-
Willingness to travel internationally for short durations.

مهمتك
كعضو رئيسي في فريق التجفيف والتنقية في البحرين، ستقوم بـ:

إعداد العروض الفنية وضمانات العطاءات مع تحديد الأداء وظروف التشغيل.

دعم المبيعات بالخبرة الفنية والمبادرات التسويقية وعروض العملاء.
-
الحفاظ على علاقات فنية وثيقة مع العملاء من خلال مراجعات الأداء والزيارات وحل المشكلات.
-
المساهمة في تطوير خط الأعمال من خلال تحليل بيانات المنتجات وتعليقات العملاء.
-
السفر الدولي لفترات قصيرة عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات والمهارات
-
شهادة متقدمة في الهندسة الكيميائية أو الهندسة العامة مع خبرة في الحفز و/أو الامتزاز.
-
يفضل خبرة في التصميم الهندسي الأساسي، تشغيل الوحدات الصناعية، أو معالجة الغاز/التكرير/البتروكيماويات.
-
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
-
مهارات علاقات عامة قوية ونهج واثق وعملي.
-
انضباط ذاتي، تفكير تحليلي، وقدرة على العمل باستقلالية.
-
لاعب فريق متمكن مع مهارات استماع وتعاون عالية.
-
الاستعداد للسفر الدولي لفترات قصيرة.
