Have a certain awareness of P&L and knowledge of financial management;

Possess relatively good leadership skills and influence in the upstream and downstream industries, and have working and management experience in matrix organizations;

Extremely strong communication, coordination, organizational skills and project management capabilities;

High market acumen, clear thinking, and the ability to independently analyze and formulate strategies;

Have a strong willingness to learn and strong learning ability;

Resilient and optimistic, result-oriented and achievement-oriented.
