Manage HR functions for a group of restaurants, focusing on recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance management to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and hiring processes

• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation

• Administer employee benefits programs

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Manage employee performance and development

• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager or similar role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Local candidates preferred

• Ability to manage HR tasks independently

إدارة مهام الموارد البشرية لمجموعة مطاعم، مع التركيز على التوظيف، التأهيل، إدارة المزايا، الامتثال، وإدارة الأداء لضمان سير عمليات الموارد البشرية بسلاسة.

المهام

• دعم عمليات التوظيف والتعيين

• الإشراف على تأهيل وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد

• إدارة برامج مزايا الموظفين

• ضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح وسياسات الشركة

• إدارة أداء الموظفين وتطويرهم

• التعامل مع علاقات الموظفين وحل النزاعات

الشروط

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدير موارد بشرية أو دور مشابه

• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية قوية

• يُفضل المتقدمين المحليين

• القدرة على إدارة مهام الموارد البشرية بشكل مستقل
