What You’ll Be Doing

• Publishing weekly videos on Snapchat Discover and/or daily videos on Snapchat Spotlight

• Selecting relevant and trending content for our Snapchat pages

• Adapting content using our Modification/Compilation tool

• Researching and applying relevant hashtags

• Collaborating closely with Lead Development Manager, Platform Partnerships, and Production teams

• Creating monthly performance reports with action points

• Contributing to and reporting on experiments and content strategy improvements

• Developing a quarterly content plan with proposed goals, experiments, and strategic adjustments

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Social Media Management or Marketing

• A creative mindset and strong content intuition

• Exceptional fluency in English (written and spoken)

• Highly responsible and detail-oriented

• Prior experience with Snapchat is a strong plus

Backend Developer at TheSoul Publishing

Responsibilities

• Develop backend applications, services, and microservices using appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks

• Enhance architecture of existing services and assist in developing new ones

• Write clean, efficient code and participate in code reviews to maintain quality

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in code to improve system performance

• Assist in task organization and deadline management to ensure project progress

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Russian

• Strong knowledge of PHP

• Experience with Go programming language

• Experience designing and developing modern web projects

• Deep understanding of OOP principles and patterns

• Understanding of different types of DBMS

• Experience with frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, etc. Candidate should be framework-agnostic and understand internal workings of frameworks

• Ability to write unit tests

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply

• Basic knowledge of Linux System Administration

• Strong knowledge of Git

• Understanding of SOA, REST, and microservice architecture principles
