Role Description

AEC Digital is seeking an experienced BIM Architect/Sr. BIM Architect for a full-time remote role. In this role, the selected candidate will work with designers and engineers to create and maintain 3D models of building systems and components using advanced software tools. The BIM Architect will also lead the implementation of industry standards, including BIM Execution Plans, and manage the coordination and integration of design and construction data across multiple systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of relevant work experience in BIM modeling and management

Expertise in BIM software platforms like Autodesk Revit, Bentley AECOsim, and Rhino 3D

Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, COBie, and other industry standards for digital construction

Experience with various building systems, including structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experience with 4D and 5D modeling and visualization is a plus

تبحث شركة AEC Digital عن مهندس معماري/مهندس معماري أول في نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) ذي خبرة للعمل عن بُعد بدوام كامل. في هذا الدور، سيعمل المرشح المختار مع المصممين والمهندسين لإنشاء وصيانة نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد لأنظمة ومكونات المباني باستخدام أدوات برمجية متقدمة. كما سيقود مهندس نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) تطبيق معايير الصناعة، بما في ذلك خطط تنفيذ نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM)، ويدير تنسيق وتكامل بيانات التصميم والبناء عبر أنظمة متعددة.

المؤهلات
