Job Title: Signage Production & Installation Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Signage Production & Installation Supervisor to oversee fabrication and installation processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sign materials like vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, and LED components, along with strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Supervise sign production, assembly, and installation.

✅ Lead and train installation teams, ensuring quality and safety.

✅ Manage materials, tools, and worksite organization.

✅ Operate and maintain equipment like drills, saws, etc.

✅ Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

✅ Troubleshoot and support electrical wiring, painting, and repairs.

Requirements:

✔️ 2-5 years of signage production/installation experience.

✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if needed.

✔️ Technical knowledge of signage fabrication and installation.

✔️ Team player with good communication skills.

نبحث عن مشرف إنتاج وتركيب لوحات إعلانية للإشراف على عمليات التصنيع والتركيب. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة عملية في مواد اللوحات مثل الفينيل، الأكريليك، الألمنيوم، ومكونات الـ LED، بالإضافة إلى مهارات قيادية وتقنية قوية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

✅ الإشراف على إنتاج وتجميع وتركيب اللوحات.

✅ قيادة وتدريب فرق التركيب مع ضمان الجودة والسلامة.

✅ إدارة المواد، الأدوات، وتنظيم موقع العمل.

✅ تشغيل وصيانة المعدات مثل المثاقب والمناشير.

✅ ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة ومعايير الشركة.

✅ استكشاف المشاكل ودعم التركيبات الكهربائية، الطلاء، والإصلاحات.

المتطلبات:

✔️ خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في إنتاج وتركيب اللوحات الإعلانية.

✔️ مهارات قيادية وحل مشكلات قوية.

✔️ القدرة على رفع مواد ثقيلة والعمل على ارتفاعات عند الحاجة.
