Auditor Job in Bahrain

Job Vacancy:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to evaluate financial records, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. The Auditor will examine financial statements, assess risk management, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently or in a team are essential.

Experience: Minimum 2 years audit experience

Place of Employment: Kingdom of Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits

• Examine accounting records and financial statements

• Evaluate internal controls and identify improvements

• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, GAAP/IFRS

• Detect fraud, discrepancies, or errors

• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations

• Collaborate with management for corrective actions

• Assist with external audits and liaise with regulators

• Stay updated with auditing standards and regulations

Auditor Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an External Auditor

• Data analysis and financial reporting experience

• Knowledge of auditing practices and regulations

• Familiarity with accounting standards (e.g. IFRS)

• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Tally ERP)

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Sound judgment and decision-making

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good presentation and report writing skills

الوصف الوظيفي:

نبحث عن مدقق حسابات دقيق ومحلل لتقييم السجلات المالية، الضوابط الداخلية، والامتثال للأنظمة. يقوم المدقق بفحص البيانات المالية، تقييم عمليات إدارة المخاطر، وتقديم توصيات لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.

الخبرة: سنتان على الأقل في مجال التدقيق

مكان العمل: مملكة البحرين

الراتب والمزايا: حسب خبرة ومؤهلات المتقدم

الشروط:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

• مؤهل محاسبي معتمد (CA / CMA) أو شبه مؤهل

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إجراء تدقيق مالي، تشغيلي، وامتثال لضمان الدقة والالتزام التنظيمي

• مراجعة السجلات المالية والتقارير

• تقييم الضوابط الداخلية وتحسينها

• ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين والمبادئ المحاسبية (GAAP/IFRS)

• اكتشاف الاحتيال أو الأخطاء في البيانات المالية

• إعداد تقارير التدقيق مع التوصيات

• التعاون مع الإدارة لتطوير خطط التصحيح

• المساعدة في التدقيق الخارجي والتواصل مع الجهات الرقابية

• متابعة المعايير التنظيمية وأفضل الممارسات

المهارات والمؤهلات:

• خبرة مثبتة كمدقق حسابات خارجي

• معرفة بالتحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير

• إلمام بمعايير المحاسبة والتدقيق

• إجادة برامج ERP مثل SAP أو Tally

• مهارات متقدمة في Excel (الجداول المحورية والصيغ المتقدمة)

• مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة

• قدرة على اتخاذ القرارات والعمل تحت الضغط

• مهارات تنظيمية عالية
