Chief Accountant Job In Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
  Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
  Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.

• General Ledger Oversight
  Supervise day-to-day operations of the general accounting department.
  Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Regulatory Compliance
  Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP), and company policies.
  Coordinate internal and external audits.

• Budgeting & Forecasting
  Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  Monitor actual results against budget and report variances.

• Team Management
  Lead and mentor the accounting team.
  Evaluate performance and provide training as needed.

• Internal Controls
  Develop and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  Review and refine accounting procedures and policies.

• Liaison Functions
  Act as a point of contact for banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)

• Leadership and team management skills

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is highly desirable

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role

مطلوب محاسب رئيسي (Chief Accountant) - البحرين

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية، الفصلية، والسنوية بدقة

• تحليل البيانات المالية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم المحاسبة

• ضمان الامتثال للقوانين الضريبية والمعايير المحاسبية (IFRS أو GAAP)

• التنسيق مع المدققين الداخليين والخارجيين

• المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية

• قيادة وتدريب فريق المحاسبة

• تطوير وتنفيذ الضوابط الداخلية لحماية أصول الشركة

• التواصل مع البنوك، المدققين، ومستشاري الضرائب

المهارات والمؤهلات:

• معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة والتقارير المالية

• مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة

• إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة مثل SAP، أوراكل، QuickBooks

• مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق

• اهتمام عالي بالتفاصيل والتنظيم

• مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية قوية

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)

• شهادات مهنية مثل CPA، ACCA، CMA تعتبر ميزة

• خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في المحاسبة، مع 2 إلى 3 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري
