Job Description:
Maintenance of heavy vehicles including dispensers, fuelers, pickups, and fuel sampling units. Responsible for maintaining and repairing quick release valves fitted to hydrant lines, air compressors, valves, and conducting daily routine checks on vehicles and equipment. Perform general minor repairs and any other related mechanical tasks as required.

Role Purpose:
Ensure optimal store operations covering team management, product, service, and organizational policies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure store and staff meet KPIs and standard operating procedures to maintain company standards and targets.

Support revenue maximization, drive sales, and increase sell-thru to meet monthly, seasonal, and annual objectives.

Assist the Area Manager (AM) in controlling stock losses and reducing controllable expenses.
-
Monitor sales performance and KPIs daily.
-
Plan daily tasks with the store team to achieve targets.
-
Manage stock effectively and implement loss prevention measures.
-
Adhere to financial procedures including deposits, banking, and cash handover.
-
Support the AM in developing and leading a motivated, engaged, and knowledgeable team.

Deliver regular training on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
-
Identify and develop team members for managerial succession.
-
Handle HR activities such as appraisals, disciplinary investigations, and warnings in collaboration with AM and HR.
Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in fashion retail, with at least 3 years in store management.

Local retail experience is mandatory.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
-
Proficient in MS Office.
-
Good understanding of local culture and market trends.
