BAHRAINI GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Company Culture

Primary Objective

Create and design appealing artworks in both English & Arabic that align with business goals using various graphic design tools.

Working Hours

Approximately 48 hours per week.

Main Duties

Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations.
Illustrate concepts by designing artwork samples for approval, including arrangement, size, type size, and style.
Work on diverse projects using various software to develop innovative designs that meet business objectives.
Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as needed.
Review and suggest design improvements when necessary.
Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team to meet deadlines.
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and videos.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other relevant graphic tools.
Fluent in English and Arabic (reading and writing) – MUST.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from BD 500.000 per month
Location: Sitra (Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)

الهدف الرئيسي

إنشاء وتصميم أعمال فنية جذابة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية بما يتوافق مع أهداف العمل باستخدام أدوات التصميم المختلفة.

ساعات العمل

حوالي 48 ساعة في الأسبوع.

المهام الأساسية

الحصول على ملاحظات من المديرين لضمان توافق التصاميم مع معايير المنظمة وتوقعات العلامة التجارية.
توضيح الأفكار من خلال تصميم نماذج الأعمال الفنية للموافقة عليها، بما في ذلك الترتيب والحجم ونوع الخط والأسلوب.
العمل على مشاريع متنوعة باستخدام برامج تصميم متعددة لتطوير تصاميم مبتكرة تحقق أهداف العمل.
التنسيق مع الوكالات الخارجية، خدمات الفن، مصممي المواقع، فرق التسويق، الطابعات والزملاء حسب الحاجة.
مراجعة التصاميم واقتراح التحسينات عند الضرورة.
العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني مع فريق التسويق للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
تحديث وصيانة قواعد البيانات الداخلية الخاصة بالتصاميم، التصوير، والفيديو.

المهارات والخبرة

شهادة بكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي أو مجال ذي صلة.
إجادة استخدام برامج أدوبي فوتوشوب، إليستريتور، إنديزاين، أفتر إفكتس، وغيرها من الأدوات ذات الصلة.
إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية قراءة وكتابة – ضروري.

Operations Associate (Female) – Nutritional Supplement Industry

About Us

We are a Management Consulting firm specializing in the Nutritional Supplement Industry, supporting clients worldwide through the entire product lifecycle—from market launch to e-commerce maintenance and optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, PlentyMarkets, Amazon, eBay: create and update product listings, manage inventory, monitor site functionality, and resolve technical or content issues.
Perform accurate data entry and manage product data in ERP systems.
Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting, documentation, and internal communication.
Adapt and proofread content in different EU languages.
Conduct thorough international industry and legal market research and present findings clearly.
Handle international email and phone communications with manufacturers, labs, regulatory authorities, and coordinate internally to ensure smooth operations and timely product launches.
Collaborate effectively within a team and adapt quickly to new tasks and shifting priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
Proficient in English.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems (Shopify, PlentyMarkets) is required.
Experience in nutritional supplements or regulatory environments is a plus.
Bilingual candidates with proficiency in any EU language plus English are preferred.
