Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional with combined skills in diesel engine repair and spare parts sales. The ideal candidate will provide expert mechanical support and drive sales performance by offering tailored solutions to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and meet spare parts needs

• Conduct diesel engine inspections to detect mechanical issues

• Perform maintenance (oil changes, filters, fuel system cleaning)

• Use diagnostic tools to identify engine problems and carry out timely repairs

• Rebuild diesel engines and complete overhauls

• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repairs

• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex issues

• Stay current with new diesel engine technologies and repair techniques

• Use tools safely and precisely to complete tasks

• Support and train junior mechanics or apprentices

• Participate in safety audits and ensure workplace compliance

• Provide expert advice on spare parts compatibility and selection

• Conduct market research and monitor trends in the parts industry

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in spare parts sales or diesel engine service

• High school diploma required; associate degree in diesel mechanics preferred

• Certification (e.g., ASE) in diesel engine repair is a strong plus

• Hands-on diesel engine experience (commercial/industrial)

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software

• Ability to read technical schematics and manuals

• Strong mechanical aptitude and adaptability

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Safety-oriented with solid compliance knowledge

• Team player who can also work independently

• Physical fitness to perform manual and heavy tasks

• Familiar with automotive or industrial spare parts market

نبحث عن محترف يجمع بين المهارات الفنية في صيانة محركات الديزل والقدرة على بيع قطع الغيار للعمل ضمن فريقنا المتخصص. سيكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم الدعم الفني، وخدمة العملاء، وزيادة المبيعات من خلال حلول مخصصة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم من قطع الغيار

• إجراء فحوصات لمحركات الديزل لتحديد الأعطال الميكانيكية

• تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الدورية (تغيير الزيت، تنظيف نظام الوقود، استبدال الفلاتر)

• استخدام أدوات التشخيص لتحديد الأعطال وتنفيذ الإصلاحات

• إصلاح وإعادة بناء محركات الديزل بالكامل

• توثيق جميع عمليات الصيانة والإصلاح بدقة

• التعاون مع الفنيين لحل الأعطال المعقدة

• متابعة أحدث تقنيات المحركات والتحديثات في مجال الصيانة

• استخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية بأمان وكفاءة

• تدريب المساعدين والفنيين المبتدئين ومشاركة المعرفة معهم

• المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والسلامة والالتزام الكامل باللوائح

• تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول توافق قطع الغيار ومزاياها

• إجراء أبحاث السوق ومتابعة اتجاهات قطاع قطع الغيار

• التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وشكاويهم بشكل فعال

• متابعة مؤشرات الأداء البيعي وتقديم تقارير للإدارة

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مبيعات قطع الغيار أو صيانة محركات الديزل

• شهادة ثانوية كحد أدنى، ويفضل وجود دبلوم في ميكانيكا الديزل

• شهادة معتمدة مثل ASE تعد ميزة إضافية قوية

• خبرة عملية في محركات الديزل التجارية أو الصناعية

• إتقان استخدام أدوات التشخيص والبرامج المتخصصة

• القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية والكتيبات

• مهارات ميكانيكية عالية وقدرة على التكيف مع التقنيات الحديثة

• مهارات تواصل قوية شفهية وكتابية

• الالتزام الكامل بمعايير السلامة والبيئة

• القدرة على العمل الفردي والجماعي

• لياقة بدنية لأداء المهام اليدوية ورفع القطع الثقيلة

• معرفة بسوق قطع الغيار للمركبات أو المعدات الصناعية

• مهارات تفاوض وتحليل بيانات السوق

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغات الإضافية ميزة)

• التنظيم والقدرة على إدارة حسابات متعددة وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية
