Job Summary
As Maintenance Contracts Manager, you will lead the Maintenance Department, overseeing maintenance activities, developing Fives’ presence in the region, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement operating frameworks, policies, and procedures for the Maintenance Department ensuring compliance with legal, company, and industry standards.

• Oversee daily planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Develop strategies to meet operational and strategic objectives.

• Manage financial performance, including P&L, CAPEX, and OPEX budgets.

• Implement cost reduction plans and improve department capabilities and operations.

• Manage stock and inventory to meet operational requirements.

• Oversee maintenance reporting, including analysis of downtime, MTBF, trends, and quality metrics.

• Plan preventive and scheduled maintenance to optimize capacity.

• Support RFQs, bidding processes, and subcontractor selection.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.

• Lead contract negotiations, covering commercial and technical matters within your area of responsibility.

• Perform repairs and corrective maintenance on Pot Tending Machines (PTMs) and related equipment

• Provide onsite technical support to customers ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Troubleshoot automation and process system issues, proposing effective solutions

• Monitor and optimize equipment performance, minimizing downtime

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare reports

• Support continuous improvement of maintenance procedures

• Comply with all HSEQ and company safety policies

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or vocational certification in Automation, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering or relevant field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining overhead cranes, particularly Pot Tending Machines (PTMs)

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تنفيذ صيانة وقائية مجدولة للمعدات وفقًا لسياسات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات

• صيانة، وتكوين، وبرمجة، وتقييم أنظمة التحكم والعمليات

• إجراء الإصلاحات والصيانة التصحيحية على آلات التحكم في الأواني (PTMs) والمعدات ذات الصلة

• تقديم الدعم الفني في الموقع للعملاء وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة

• استكشاف مشكلات الأتمتة وأنظمة العمليات وتقديم الحلول المناسبة

• مراقبة وتحسين أداء المعدات لتقليل فترات التوقف

• المحافظة على سجلات الصيانة بدقة وإعداد التقارير

• دعم تحسين إجراءات الصيانة بشكل مستمر

• الالتزام بكافة متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والجودة وسياسات الشركة

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

• دبلوم أو شهادة مهنية في الأتمتة، أو القياس، أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة رافعات علوية، وخاصة آلات التحكم في الأواني (PTMs)
