Job Title: Product Manager – Digital Payments
Duration: 12 Months

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 5 years in xPay (Apple Pay & Google Pay) implementation with Mastercard
-
At least 5 years in Cards Product Management, focusing on optimization and commercialization
Mandatory Requirements:

Hands-on experience with xPay and Digital Wallets (Apple & Google Pay)

Currently based in Bahrain
Purpose of the Role:
To lead and execute the launch of Apple Pay and Google Pay wallets. This role requires designing and managing the implementation strategy for digital payment products.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Confirm priority segments, card types, and channels for the prepaid card product
-
Analyze market trends and best practices in digital card offerings
-
Review competitors' pricing, customer journeys, and loyalty strategies
-
Track planning milestones and ensure launch readiness
-
Manage project governance and reporting with regular steering meetings
-
Coordinate with all internal/external stakeholders to meet launch timelines
-
Handle inquiries from payment schemes, processors, and external parties
-
Propose post-launch activation strategies to maximize wallet usage
KPIs:
-
On-time and successful launch of xPay wallets
-
Post-launch Gross Dollar Value (GDV) performance
-
Timely execution of planning tasks
-
Efficiency of stakeholder coordination and governance reporting

Responsiveness to technical/commercial requests
-
Impact of activation and usage strategies
Skills & Experience:

Proven record of xPay implementation in card products
-
End-to-end experience launching digital card products
-
Strong grasp of market dynamics in digital wallets and payments

Excellent stakeholder and project coordination abilities

Capable of analyzing competitors and loyalty mechanisms

الغرض من الوظيفة:

The Role:
This senior-level position requires a results-driven professional with deep expertise in GCC real estate markets, exceptional leadership, and business development skills. The role involves strategic planning, client management, and oversight of high-quality valuation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team

Define and execute the strategic direction of the valuations division

Build operational models and business plans to drive profitability

Explore new markets and expand service portfolios
Business Development

Secure key mandates across public and private sectors

Build lasting relationships with investors, developers, government entities, and financial institutions

Lead client engagements, pitches, and commercial negotiations
Valuation Services

Supervise valuation reports across asset classes: residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, land, and industrial

Ensure compliance with RICS Red Book and local regulations

Deliver accurate, defensible valuations for various purposes
Additional Duties

Manage departmental P&L, budgets, and forecasting

Oversee resource allocation, delivery timelines, and QA processes

Proficiency in Argus, Excel, GIS; Arabic fluency is a plus
