Job Description:
The Product Manager at Sherwin-Williams is responsible for product strategy, development, and global release plans across multiple regions including EMEAI, Australia, Asia, and the Americas. The role manages the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing market expansion, working closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and production teams to deliver profitable and sustainable product offerings that meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities:

Manage new product development through established stage gate process, including field testing and commercialization.

Develop product innovation strategies and roadmaps aligned with market demands and company goals.

Lead brand vision and product growth strategies globally.

Oversee portfolio management, including budgeting, cost reduction, and product rationalization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, production, R&D, and technical support.

Analyze market insights and competitor activities to guide product decisions.

Support product training, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.

Serve as a technical and quality point of contact for marketing and customers.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

5–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in vehicle refinish, collision, or commercial vehicle industries.

Experience working in a global or international environment.

Proficiency with MS Office; ERP software experience (Oracle, OPTIVA) preferred.

Strong presentation and communication skills.
