المساعدة في حل المشكلات التقنية أثناء التركيب والتشغيل.

ضمان أن جميع الأعمال تتماشى مع مواصفات المشروع والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.
🎓 المؤهلات
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.
-
خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع البناء أو الصناعات.
-
إتقان برنامج AutoCAD ضروري، ويفضل وجود خبرة في Revit.
-
معرفة بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، والسباكة، وأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق.
-
فهم قوي لعمليات توثيق البناء وإجراءات الموافقة.
-
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and review mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
-
Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and compliance documents.
-
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and site engineers to ensure design intent is maintained.

Assist in resolving technical issues during installation and commissioning.

Ensure all work complies with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
🎓 Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-
Proven experience working on construction or industrial projects.
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is a plus.

Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

Strong understanding of construction documentation and approval processes.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
