Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing project documents such as submittals, drawings, and correspondence

• Ensure correct filing, labeling, and archiving following document control protocols

• Register and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and approvals using software or manual logs

• Coordinate timely submission and retrieval of documents with engineers and project staff

• Monitor and log document revisions

• Prepare transmittals, cover sheets, and submission packages for clients/consultants
