Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Fitter to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in scaffolding fitting within construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors, and be capable of safely assembling and dismantling scaffolding structures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various scaffolding systems (tube & clamp, modular, etc.)

• Read and interpret scaffolding layout drawings or follow supervisor instructions accurately

• Ensure compliance with safe load capacities and secure erection practices

• Perform physical work at heights in a safe and efficient manner

• Collaborate with team members and maintain high safety standards on-site

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Fitter in construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors

• Familiarity with different scaffolding types and systems

• Ability to read scaffolding layout drawings and follow instructions precisely

• Strong understanding of load capacities and safe scaffolding erection techniques

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights

• Valid Scaffolding Certificate or Training, if required by client

• Previous shutdown or offshore experience is a plus, but not mandatory

وصف الوظيفة:

نبحث عن فني تركيب سقالات ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في البحرين. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة مثبتة في تركيب السقالات ضمن قطاعات البناء أو النفط والغاز أو الصناعة، وأن يكون قادرًا على تركيب وفك السقالات بأمان وكفاءة.

المسؤوليات:

• تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة السقالات المختلفة (أنابيب ومشابك، نظام معياري، إلخ)

• قراءة وتفسير رسومات تركيب السقالات أو اتباع تعليمات المشرف بدقة

• ضمان الالتزام بسعة التحميل الآمنة وأساليب التركيب الآمنة

• أداء العمل البدني على ارتفاعات بطريقة آمنة وفعالة

• التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق والحفاظ على معايير السلامة العالية في الموقع

المتطلبات الأساسية:

• خبرة مثبتة كفني تركيب سقالات في قطاعات البناء أو النفط والغاز أو الصناعة

• معرفة بأنواع وأنظمة السقالات المختلفة

• القدرة على قراءة رسومات تركيب السقالات واتباع التعليمات بدقة

• فهم قوي لسعة التحميل وأساليب تركيب السقالات الآمنة

• لياقة بدنية وقدرة على العمل على ارتفاعات

• شهادة تركيب سقالات أو تدريب صالح (إذا طلب العميل ذلك)

• الخبرة السابقة في فترات التوقف عن العمل أو العمل البحري تعتبر ميزة إضافية ولكنها غير إلزامية
