Job Title: Senior E2E Planning Manager
Location: Al Hidd, Bahrain

About the Role:

Arla is seeking a visionary Senior E2E Planning Manager to lead planning and S&OP across the MENA region. You will drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and digital transformation across Arla’s Bahrain and Saudi Arabia manufacturing facilities. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Head of MENA Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the regional planning strategy and execution roadmap

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across Bahrain and KSA

• Drive the S&OP cycle, balancing long-term goals with daily execution

• Implement LEAN principles and continuous improvement across processes

• Lead DRM, SRM, and S&OE maturity to enhance regional supply chain

• Collaborate with commercial, finance, procurement, and operations teams

• Represent MENA in global planning forums and influence best practices

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and ethical standards

KPIs:

• Regional EBIT

• On-Time In-Full (OTIF)

• Forecast Accuracy

• Waste Reduction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in S&OP and planning (preferably FMCG/dairy)

• Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations or related field

• Leadership skills and strong cross-functional collaboration

• Financial awareness and experience with SAP and planning systems

• Fluent in decision-making, communication, and change management

تبحث Arla عن مدير تخطيط أول متمرس لقيادة أنشطة التخطيط وإدارة سلسلة التوريد في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا. ستقود استراتيجية التخطيط الشاملة، وتحسين العمليات، والتحول الرقمي في مصانع الشركة في البحرين والسعودية، تحت إشراف رئيس سلسلة التوريد الإقليمي.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال S&OP والتخطيط (ويفضل في السلع الاستهلاكية/الألبان)
