As Events Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of TRM’s events across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness through webinars, sponsored, and hosted events.Key Responsibilities:

Own the full lifecycle of 50-70+ events per year, mostly in-person, ensuring measurable business results.

Support marketing initiatives like TRM Academy and Leo Labs by integrating them into events.

Manage webinars from planning through post-event analysis.

Optimize event operations with continuous process improvements.

Adapt rapidly to changes, maintaining high-quality event delivery.
Qualifications:

5+ years marketing experience, with 3+ years in event and campaign management, preferably in SaaS.

Expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Frequent travel (~twice monthly during peak seasons).

Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

خبرة 5 سنوات في التسويق، منها 3 سنوات في إدارة الفعاليات والحملات، ويفضل في قطاع البرمجيات كخدمة (SaaS).

خبرة في Salesforce وHubSpot أو منصات مشابهة.

مهارات إدارة الموردين والتفاوض على العقود.

القدرة على إدارة فعاليات متعددة في وقت واحد.
-
استعداد للسفر المتكرر (حوالي مرتين شهرياً في المواسم المزدحمة).

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة لغات أوروبية أخرى ميزة إضافية.
