1. Salesman/Operations Assistant Needed – HORECA Experience Preferred

Job Title: Salesman & Operations Assistant

Location: Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD 300.000 – BD 400.000 per month

We are seeking a Salesman & Operations Assistant to join our growing food distribution company. The role involves supporting both sales and logistics functions, particularly for the HORECA market (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering).

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients, promote products, and close sales

• Coordinate delivery schedules and manage urgent orders

• Maintain inventory records and stock rotation

• Collect payments (cash/cheques) and ensure documentation accuracy

• Communicate with warehouse, delivery teams, and clients

• Manage freezers and handle product returns

• Conduct supermarket visits and pick up products from suppliers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in food sales or operations

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with delivery routes in Bahrain

• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Valid Bahraini driving license

• Valid employment visa in Bahrain

• Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

• Sales and operations: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Bahraini Driving License (Required)

نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات ومساعد عمليات للانضمام إلى شركتنا المتنامية في مجال توزيع الأغذية، وخصوصًا لقطاع الفنادق والمطاعم والتموين (HORECA).

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• زيارة العملاء وترويج المنتجات وإتمام عمليات البيع

• تنسيق جداول التسليم اليومية والتعامل مع الطلبات العاجلة

• إدارة المخزون والتأكد من تناوب البضائع

• تحصيل المدفوعات (نقدًا / شيكات) وتوثيقها بدقة

• التنسيق مع المستودع وفِرَق التوصيل والعملاء لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة

• متابعة المخازن المبردة وإدارة المرتجعات

• زيارات أسبوعية للأسواق وجمع المنتجات من الموردين

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات أو العمليات في قطاع الأغذية

• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة

• معرفة جيدة بمسارات التوصيل في البحرين

• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس الأساسية

• القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة والعمل تحت الضغط

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول (إلزامية)

• تأشيرة عمل سارية في البحرين (إلزامية)

• شهادة بكالوريوس (إلزامية)

الخبرة المطلوبة:

• المبيعات والعمليات: سنتان (إلزامية)

الترخيص / الشهادات:

• رخصة قيادة بحرينية (مطلوبة)
