Job Summary:

The Mechanical & Electrical Inspector will ensure contractor compliance with contract specifications, supervise work quality and safety on-site, and assist in reviewing inspections, submittals, and documentation. You will coordinate daily with engineers and contractors to ensure efficient and compliant progress.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with drawings/specifications

• Liaise daily with the contractor and ensure HSE standards are followed

• Prepare daily site reports and inspections

• Monitor manpower, resources, and deliveries

• Implement site quality controls and maintain QA/QC documentation

• Support the RE/ARE in resolving site issues and correspondence

• Assist during commissioning and handover stages

• Audit inspections and ensure alignment with contractor submissions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering or MEP inspection

• Familiarity with Ministry of Works/EWA standards

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and site documentation

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Valid driving license

ملخص الوظيفة:
سيقوم المفتش بمتابعة التزام المقاولين بالمواصفات والعقود، والإشراف على جودة وسلامة الأعمال في الموقع، بالإضافة إلى مراجعة طلبات التفتيش والمستندات الفنية. كما سيكون حلقة وصل يومية بين المهندسين والمقاولين لضمان التقدم السليم للمشروع.

المهام:

• الإشراف على الأعمال الميدانية وضمان الالتزام بالرسومات والمواصفات

• التنسيق اليومي مع المقاول ومتابعة إجراءات السلامة

• إعداد تقارير يومية وأجندة التفتيش

• مراقبة الموارد البشرية والمعدات والتوريدات

• تطبيق نظم ضبط الجودة والاحتفاظ بسجلات QA/QC

• دعم المهندس المقيم في حل المشكلات الفنية

• المساهمة في مراحل التشغيل والتسليم النهائي

• مراجعة الفحوصات وضمان مطابقتها للعقود

المتطلبات:

• دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع الهندسة أو تفتيش MEP

• الإلمام بمعايير وزارة الأشغال والكهرباء والماء
